Ryd has partnered with Carbn Group and its car sharing brand, Mevo. It means we can keep growing the service you already use, backed by backed by the scale of the Carbn Group.
This is a transition, not a change to the service. The people supporting you are the same, the cars are the same, and the way you book and drive stays the same.
When is this happening?
The transition is taking place throughout August, and everything will be iteratively moved across and transitioned to Mevo in the coming weeks.
Do I need to do anything?
No. There's nothing you need to do. We'll let you know directly if anything changes for you. Over the coming weeks you may see a mixture of Ryd and Mevo branding, in the app, on the cars, and in emails from us. That's expected, and both are us.
