Before you begin your trip and start driving, please inspect the vehicle for any damage in the Ryd app, supported by photos of any damage you notice before starting your trip. You can also inspect any previous damage by tapping on any of the numbers shown on the body of the vehicle.
Make note of any scratches or dents on the vehicle including,
damage to the windscreen (cracks and stone chips)
damage to the tyre mags
Please refer to the Payment Schedule for costs associated with damages and the insurance excess in our FAQ or under "Penalty Catalogue" in the Ryd app. Failure to do so may result in us deeming that the damage occurred during your booking period.
