There should be no physical evidence that the Vehicle has been used to transport pets at the end of your trip. We encourage you to use suitable pet vehicle protection or carrier containers.
If another user reports excess pet hair, smells or window smudges after your reservation, you will be charged for it. Please refer to the Payment Schedule fees in our FAQ or under "Penalty Catalogue" in the Ryd app.
