Please Note: For public chargers please follow the instructions from the provider. We've written a guide for this here.
1. ⚠️ Make sure the car is unlocked and you haven't ended your booking. Locking the car can prevent the charger from being plugged in or removed.
2. Push the access hatch to reveal the charging port.
3. Insert the charging plug. Some plugs require pushing the button found on the top of the plug.
4. If available, tap the plastic FOB against the charger (located in the center console) in order to active the charging process.
4. You should hear a click sound, and in most cases, the light should change colour, or start to blink. Remember to place the FOB back when done. If it doesn't work, try unplugging the charger, retap the FOB against the box, and replug it in.
4. When you're ready to unplug, you may come across either of these
pull the plug out directly,
having to lock and unlock the car before removing the plug,
pushing a release button, generally located near the charging port or on the plug, and
end the charging process at the charging terminal (or the charging provider's app).
