1. Make sure the car is unlocked and you haven't ended your booking.
2. Push the access hatch to reveal the charging port.
3. Insert the charging plug. Some plugs require pushing the button found on the top of the plug.
4. If available, tap the plastic card against the charger in order to active the charging process. The card is either a Ryd Charing card, or small Evnex card, shown below.
5. In most cases, the light should change colour, or start to blink. Remember to place the Card in the centre console when done. If it doesn't work, try unplugging the charger, retap the Card against the charging terminal, and plug it in again.
6. When you're ready to unplug, you generally tap the Card to stop the charging process.
You also may come across the following:
pull the plug out directly,
having to lock and unlock the car before removing the plug,
pushing a release button, generally located near the charging port or on the plug, and
end the charging process the with charging provider's app if not using the provided Card.
