I can't seem to start the vehicle?

All our services operate with an advanced keyless technology system that allows keyless unlocking and vehicle immobilisation. Upon unlocking the vehicle, you will be able to start the vehicle directly in various ways depending on the make and model of the vehicle:

  • push start button

  • the traditional key that is attached to a FOB that is stored on a keyholder located either on the side of the passenger seat or in the glove box.

  • newer cars, like Tesla, do not have a start button. Instead, just put your foot on the brake and turn the lever to drive.

You can access each individual vehicle's "Usage Instructions" upon booking your trip.

For any reason, the car is not mobilised, and the vehicle does not start with the options above, please message us for further assistance.
