How to start?
Step on the brake pedal and hold
Push the START button.
The dashboard will illuminate once it is fully started. There will not be any engine sound.
How to shift?
With your foot on the brake, press the D (Drive) button to engage the gear.
Release your foot from the brake slowly, and the car will move
How do I charge the car?
Charging the car is generally straightforward. Follow our guide for more information.
The critical thing to be aware of is ensuring the car is charging after your trip is completed and may require using a FOB to activate it, located in the car. If you need to charge while driving, you can see our guide for more information.
Car won't switch off or is asking for a key?
This can happen when left unlocked for too long. Simply close all the doors, lock and unlock the car (manually, not via the app), and the vehicle should work as normal.
