This guide outlines the commonly asked questions when booking a vehicle and when the vehicle is returned late.

Making a Booking

As long as you have verified your driver's licence, you can start a book.

Booking Adjustments

You can adjust (and extend) the booking as long as there is no active booking by another user that follows.

When active booking does follow, you will be notified that you cannot extend your booking.


Delays (late) and Early Starts

  1. By default, you can start the booking 15 minutes early. This is

    1. generally free of charge but

    2. may incur a cost depending on how your service has been set up, which will be shown in the app.

  2. When a vehicle is unavailable, and another user has an active booking, you will be warned that the booking cannot start until the previous one has ended.

  3. When a booking immediately follows another. The app will warn you that there may be a delay (due to the previous user running late).
