All Ryd vehicles operate with a keyless technology that allows you to unlock the vehicle via the Ryd app. If you encounter any unlocking issues, try the following steps:
make sure your mobile phone's Bluetooth is on,
close and relaunch the Ryd app before attempting to unlock the vehicle again,
if the Bluetooth does not unlock the vehicle, wait a little longer for the mobile network to send the unlocking command (this will happen automatically if the Bluetooth fails),
if all above fails, message us and we will flag this as a major incident and try to provide immediate remote support.
The likelihood of a vehicle not unlocking is rare, and you may need to prepare yourself for an alternative transport means as this could be an indicator of a larger issue.
