Can't locate the vehicle on the app?

If you are part of a sharing service, you should always see all the vehicles showing on the map at a Designated Parking area. This is represented either by a vehicle icon on the map or by selecting "List" from the map menu.

There are several reasons why the vehicles are not visible on the app. It may have been taken offline:

  • for service or maintenance

  • for grooming

  • due to technical issues that are being looked at

If you have not received any notice for any of the above, try the following:

  • Restart your app by closing and relaunching it

  • Logout from your account and log in again

  • If all fails, please contact our Support Agents through the chat function
