Private shared offers are exclusive and invite-only. This can be obtained from your body corporate or your organisation that manages the service or fleet. This usually comes in the form of an email invite link or a QR code to register for access.
If you have previously joined a sharing service through an organisation or a body corporate but can't see the service on the map, you may try the following:
Close the app and relaunch the app or,
restart your mobile phone or,
if that does not work, contact us and we can resend the invite link to your signed-up email address.
