I can't seem to book the vehicle?

There are several reasons why the vehicle cant be booked.

Please ensure that:

  • the payment option is valid and up to date.

  • your driver's license valid and up to date.

  • you don't have any outstanding payments or invoices that have not been paid for.

  • you haven't recently violated any offence and had your account suspended.

  • you're not younger than 21, and hold a full New Zealand driver's license.

  • the vehicle is in the designated parking area shown in the app.
