If your reservation is still active, you may be able to open the vehicle with the app.
Alternatively, you can extend your reservation to retrieve the item, or contact us during office hours and we can unlock the vehicle remotely.
If you have forgotten something in the car long after your reservation, message us and we’ll look for it in the car or our lost-and-found. Please note that we cannot guarantee the recovering of lost items, nor do we provide insurance for them.
