If you’re more than 15 minutes late for your pickup, the booking will be cancelled, and you will lose your booking fee (for casual plans). However, if you arrive early and the car is available, you can start your trip ahead of schedule at no extra cost. We recommend always being on time to ensure a smooth rental experience.
