In the event of an accident, it's important not to panic.

1. Immediately call 111 to report the incident and request necessary emergency services as guided by the officers on the phone.

2. Then call the roadside assistance service number shown on the support page and follow any of their instructions.

3. Please take note of the following and send us a message, or complete the incident report which is located in the Vehicle glovebox:

  • the name, address, contact details, and driver's license number of any person involved and if applicable the name of their insurer;

  • the registration numbers of all vehicles involved;

  • an accurate description of the accident and location;

  • the names of attending Police Officers and the stations at which they are based.

4. If the vehicle is not safe to drive, please end your trip in the app.

5. You will need to arrange your own alternative transport to continue your journey. However, if the event has occurred during our operating hours (8am to 5pm, Mon - Sun), we might be able to assist you.
