I dirtied the vehicle during my trip, what should I do?

We expect the vehicle to be returned in a clean and tidy condition, free from rubbish or other belongings taking into account fair wear and tear.

If you are unable to return the vehicle to a clean condition, contact us to arrange additional cleaning. Please refer to the Payment Schedule in our FAQ or under "Penalty Catalogue" in the Ryd app for fees that you will be liable for.
