Vehicle is dirty and what should i do?

Updated over a week ago

Before you begin your reservation and start driving the Ryd, please inspect the vehicle for cleanliness by rating it either "Clean", "Slightly Dirty" or "Dirty". You can record this with the Ryd app prior to starting your trip.

Clean - means a Vehicle that is reasonably clean and free from rubbish or other belongings taking into account fair wear and tear and is not in a Soiled Condition.

Slight Dirty - means a Vehicle that isn't clean or there are other belongings in the vehicle, but not in a Soiled Condition, and you can commence your trip.

Dirty - The vehicle is in a soiled condition and needs to be cleaned before you can commence your trip. This could be inside or outside by a liquid or other foreign substance such as soil, smoke, mud, vomit or blood.

If you don’t report the condition to us before your reservation and it is reported by other members later, you may be responsible for the cleaning costs.
